MPower is built by Lisa Shaw - a recovering accountant who has run businesses, made payroll with no cash in the bank, sat on boards, and sat at kitchen tables with farming families. The whole reason MPower exists is the question she keeps asking: how do we equip people so they're genuinely empowered, then get out of the way?
